Returns, refunds and terms

Hi. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there is a problem, lets talk about it.

Refunds

I inspect all items before posting and will only refund if the items are damaged by the post. Please contact me within 7 days of recieving the item via email.

Natural gemstones have natural ‘inclusions’ which look like cracks under the surface. If the surface is sealed, then they are not damaged. Some gemstone beads may not be 100% perfectly shaped and have a small bit out of them. Its not usually a chip. This is due to them being made of a natural material. If you need something ‘perfect’, please consider glass or man made stones instead and please ask for an extra photo BEFORE purchase.

If the beads are damaged, then please take a clear, in focus photo of them, send that to me (email or socials is fine) and we can discuss the return from there.

Exchanges

I am happy to exchange for change of mind (especially if it was a gift), BUT you will need to pay for the postage to return the item and the new postage back out to you. I do not want to be out of pocket for your change of mind. This will often cost more than the original beads though so please keep this in mind. Items MUST be unused, unworn, and with undamaged original packaging.

If you want to exchange, please contact me within 7 days of purchase.

I am happy to discuss item / bead choices with you BEFORE purchasing. If you need help with a decision, for example, if beads will go together etc. If you are unsure about some beads, please purchase the sample size. If there is no sample size, please contact me and i’ll see if I can make one available. If you are unsure about sizing, want more photos etc, please contact me BEFORE purchasing.

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot exchange earrings, so please choose carefully.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate and once sent cannot be changed and is non-refundable.

Taxes and tarrifs

I do not take any taxes or tarrifs. You are responsible for knowing if you need these to recieve the item into your country.
