I use Australia post to send out orders. The rate is a flate rate of $12, which means that it will always be $12 regardless of how many items you buy. All orders will be tracked and a tracking number will be sent to you.

I try to send out orders as quickly as possible. I will only post on days that the shop AND the post office is open, which is typically a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. So, if you order on a saturday, I will post it on the wednesday. I am also human and sometimes it may be an extra day or two.

Please DOUBLE CHECK your address, as I cannot correct any mistakes once sent.

I have no control over the parcel once it leaves my hands and goes into Australia posts care. If you parcel is damaged or does not arrive, please let me know and I will help you work with Australia post to get it resolved. I am a small business and cannot afford to refund unless Australia post compensates me, or the goods are returned.

I am not planning to post internationally at the moment.
